2015 Central CrossFit Regionals | Sam Dancer

This past weekend the Central CrossFit Regionals were held in Minneapolis, MN.  Team BetaTOR athlete Sam Dancer competed as an individual in this event after overcoming knee surgery 3 months ago.  Sam started the weekend off strong with a 1^st place finish in event 1 and putting him in 2^nd place after day 1.  After 3 days filled of 7 grueling events Sam finished 10^th overall.  He may not have qualified for the CrossFit Games, but Sam kept a smile on his face the whole time and had fun in each event.  We are very proud to have him as part of our team and love the spirit he brings with him to every event!  Be sure to watch Sam compete in the NPGL Grid League with his first game on June 14^th where his team San Francisco Fire will take on the Phoenix Rise.

Event 1: 1^st place – 2:28.9
Event 2: 17^th place – 9:12.7
Event 3: 6^th place – CAP+32
Event 4: 33^rd place – CAP+10
Event 5: 3^rd place tie – 275 lbs.
Event 6: 19^th place – 14:36.5
Event 7: 32^nd place – 2:01.1
