2016 Reebok CrossFit Games Central Regional Results

June 1, 2016

Friday, May 27 through Sunday, May 29th was the last weekend of Regional competitions for athletes to qualify for the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games.  Team HMB athlete Sam Dancer competed in the Central Regional along with 40 other individual men.   After 7 tough events it came down to the last event, Sam was in 5th place with many other men nipping at his heels to take that last spot to qualify for the Games.  When the dust settled and the points were tallied Sam edged out the other competitors and held his 5th place, which qualifies him for the CrossFit Games!  We are very proud of Sam and wish him all the best in prep for the event!
